HOUSE RULES FOR STAYING IN OUR APARTMENTS:



Dear Guest, the rules to be observed in our apartments are not only those enshrined in the Law, but, more simply, are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. These rules may perhaps be excessive, but we want to consider them useful suggestions to ensure a peaceful, quiet stay without surprises.

ARRIVAL: Unless you have special needs, check-in must be from 3 p.m. onwards in the presence of the staff. Your data are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation, The data that are in our possession are exclusively those transmitted voluntarily by users through forms, emails, faxes or telephone calls for the request of the services offered by our apartments. Their use is reserved exclusively for the relevant availability/booking request, they will not be transferred to third parties and you may request their cancellation at any time by contacting us. If you have any questions in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact us.


KEYS: It will be our pleasure to give you the keys to our apartment as long as you guard them carefully and undertake to keep them carefully. In case of loss of them we will be forced to impose a penalty in the amount of 50 €uro.


DEPARTURE: The apartments must be returned by 11:00 am on the date of departure, unless special arrangements made at check-in. We would like to inform you that after 11:30 a.m. without the apartment being vacated, you will be charged an additional day's stay.


CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT: All our apartments are delivered to the Clients in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return by the Client, at the end of the stay, all breakdowns, if any, will be counted and claimed through a damage claim surcharge. Leaving Clients must ensure that the property is left in order before their departure.


PLEASE NOTE
Please be reminded to sort your trash and follow the directions in the booklet in the hall.
Clients have a duty of care for their belongings and valuables left in the accommodations. We are NOT responsible for the possible disappearance of these items. When leaving the house, always lock the doors and windows of the entire apartment.
Any guest who willfully or unintentionally causes a breakdown or damage to the property must reimburse the landlord for the entire damage.
Whenever leaving the accommodation it is obligatory to: turn off the lights, appliances, TV, air conditioner close the gas and faucets and whatever else. It is forbidden to throw garbage into the toilet, sinks, and other places that are not provided for this, such as the crawl space, the entrance to the apartment or the vicinity of the house.

The landlord has no right to enter the rented accommodation in the absence of the guest. The exception is only in special circumstances in which it is necessary to enter to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The landlord has a duty to inform the clients of his or her entry into the apartment. In the case of the landlord's reasonable doubt that the apartment has been damaged, the clients must allow him/her to enter the apartment to check its condition or damage.


Before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next tenants, we kindly ask you to :

- Empty and dispose of all garbage inside the house.
- Leave all dishes clean.
- Turn off the lights in the entire apartment and turn off the air conditioning in summer.
- Close all windows and doors in the apartment.
- Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor and clean folded towels on the bed.

- Leave the keys to the apartment in the key box outside.


Change of sheets and towels: Guests will find towels, sheets and tablecloths upon arrival. No linen changes are provided unless requested and paid for separately by you. Changes are charged €uro 5 per person. If you would like a mid-week cleaning you can request it and it has a cost of € 30.00.


Please preserve the rented accommodation and treat the apartments' furniture and equipment with care. To ensure a pleasant stay and avoid possible misunderstandings please read the house rules.


These Rules and Regulations are to be read carefully and accepted in full and to be respected during your stay at our vacation home apartments in Rimini.


For anything not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, good taste and common sense in the interest of everyone.

READ CAREFULLY

1.- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE NOISE FROM 00:00 TO 08:00 HOURS
2.- AVOID MAKING NOISE WHEN GOING UP AND DOWN STAIRS ESPECIALLY IF YOU RETURN LATE AT NIGHT.
3.- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE FURNITURE IN THE APARTMENT (Chairs,Tables, bed, etc.)
4.- DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND IN THE STAIRS OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING.
5.- PLEASE ONLY THROW TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET OF THE BATHROOMS.
6.-IN OUR APARTMENTS YOU HAVE FREE WIFI.
7.-THE APARTMENT IS NOT RENTED TO PEOPLE WHO ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
8.- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE THE AIR CONDITIONER ON WHEN NOT PRESENT
IN THE APARTMENT, CONSUMPTION IS MONITORED.
9.- YOU MAY NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINE TO DO LAUNDRY AFTER 00:00 HOURS .
10.- IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVE OR EASILY FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES INTO THE APARTMENT.
11.-IT IS EXTREMELY PROHIBITED TO HAVE HOUSE PARTIES OR CAUSE ANY KIND OF DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS RESIDING IN THE SAME BUILDING WHERE THE RENTED APARTMENT IS LOCATED.


CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY: The rented properties are handed over to the Clients in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return by the Client, at the end of the stay, all possible breakdowns will be counted and consequently deducted from the deposit paid. Leaving Clients must ensure that the property is left in order before their departure. In the event that the property is left in poor condition, we will contact a cleaning company and charge you for it.
We are not responsible for any disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, internet and heating that are beyond our control.


Please do NOT take items out of the apartment (towels, sheets, chairs, tables, blankets,
accessories and whatnot).

We are not in the habit of refusing you hospitality, but it is only fair to inform you that in case of violation of said regulations or behavior contrary to the most basic rules of civil manners "NOT" will be allowed to enter or stay in our apartments. We want to safeguard the peace of mind of our guests, neighbors and also our own.

COMPLAINTS: For any complaints you may address to us who will promptly endeavor to solve any of your problems. Any complaints about facts or events, such as to cause significant damage or otherwise cause you to seek compensation for the damage suffered, must be communicated to us before departure, allowing us time to resolve any problem.

Confirmation of the reservation and the beginning of the use of the rented unit implies the reading and acceptance
of the house rules, as well as full compliance with them.

CONCLUSIONS: These regulations are intended to create harmony between the renter and the owner of the house. We all care that our home is treated well with consideration, and everyone is pleased to find a cozy, comfortable and clean home with all working facilities that meets your expectations.
